First update for 2025! v6.4.8

Happy New Year everyone! We are excited to get back into the swing of things.

Here is our first changelog of the year:

FIX: Not receiving the first-buy bonus with subs.
FIX: Issues when upgrading vehicles from garage.
FIX: Issue when selecting alliance projects if using Turkish language.
Change: Hide reroll request button once vehicle is assigned.
Change: Settings view refactor.
Change: Shop tabs colour adjustments.
