FIX: ANR and performance optimizations and fixes.

CHANGE: Company value score.

NEW: Subscription rework! New subscription tier, Bronze, and weekly options and not just monthly. Also fuel, drivers and request subs have been changed to Hard Currency subscriptions.

NOTE: Previous subscribers will have their benefit until their re-sub date. If you wish to continue subscriptions, you will need to manually apply yourself to a new subscription via the in-game store as it will be a slightly different offer.
