We’ve officially upgraded our in-game support center! You can now access a comprehensive FAQ, stay updated with the latest announcements and Transit news, and connect with others in our new community section.
The community section allows you to share your own FAQs, notes or feedback to our Help Centre. Enabling community aid and intel straight from the minds of Transit Players!
To reach out to an agent, go to the ‘Submit a Request’ and fill out the available form. To find the community area, head to ‘Community’ in both the top bar and the middle break areas.
